event description : join sarah peyton for 5 days combining constellation work with explorations in relational neuroscience and resonant language!

in this workshop, the focus will on be learning to clear the blocks to well-being and movement through constellation. participants will learn the elements of relational neuroscience that illuminate constellation work while stepping into opportunities to integrate their learning through their own facilitation. each participant will receive hands-on support as they learn to integrate concepts and work through specific aspects of facilitation that can be troublesome or mysterious.

participants will alternately experience sarah as constellator, and participant-constellators who will begin to explore constellating with the help of relational neuroscience.

this event is part of a constellations masterclass series, but can be attended as a stand-alone as well. 

for people registering for retreats less than two weeks in advance of the start of the retreat, the alton collins retreat center cannot guarantee that they can support special diet requests.

event format: this event is an in-person retreat/intensive that stretches over 5 calendar days, starting with a dinner on day one, an evening session, three days of work from 9am until 9pm, and then a completion morning session on day 5, ending with lunch.

each day we alternate between short lectures on neuroscience and constellation concepts with mini-constellations to explore and practice the concepts, and then we do large group constellations. if you’re a visual learner you can imagine small islands of didactic learning, surrounded by slightly larger islands of small-group learning, and then interspersed with large, full-group constellations.

the large group constellations are alternately run by sarah and by student constellators (participants in the masterclass series) with sarah’s support.

both being a facilitator and being a seeker happen by lottery, this means not all participants will have a chance to be a seeker or a facilitator.

for those participants with u.s. passports, we will have a day of constellations at the prison before the workshop begins when coffee creek permits this, at no charge to participants.
this event can be attended as a stand-alone if desired, but is intended to be part of a year-long masterclass series which allows for constellation facilitators to deeply integrate relational neuroscience into constellation facilitation, and to have new learning about how to leverage solid understanding about how brains work and how we heal from trauma into traditional constellation work, even if the relational neuroscience is never explicitly referenced with clients.
